Our first professional encounter with Shawn McCune of The Kitchen Design Gallery, was when he remodeled our kitchen and dining room in Wichita, Ks. He was very innovative and creative and we were very pleased with the results. I am convinced that the improvement and design of that kitchen helped sell our house when we were ready to build a new one. Since we had had such good success with Shawn, we asked him to help with the design of our new house and he was instrumental in the beauty and function of our new home. He provided the cabinets, granite counter tops and back splash, lighting and appliances for two kitchens in the new house. Even though he had moved to Kansas City by then, he was able to be very involved in our building process and the results are amazing! The upstairs kitchen is my favorite part of the whole house. Again, we utilized Shawn's expertise when we enlarged our outdoor deck. He found the perfect tiles for the flooring and had wonderful ideas for the lighting, stairs and railings. Again, he traveled to Wichita and did an excellent job of installation. Our friends say that being on our deck is like being at a resort. He is very trustworthy and attentive to detail. We recommend him very highly!

Shawn McCune and Kitchen Design Gallery gave us the most unique and amazing ideas from the start for our kitchen and living room remodel. We wanted to add a better flow and entertaining space to the existing footprint. Their staff was attentive and knowledgeable of industry products and went above and beyond to give us a beautiful kitchen and first floor remodel. I highly recommend a visit to their showroom or a appointment with Shawn to see what he can do for your project.

Shawn McCune and Kitchen Design Gallery did an amazing job on a whole house remodel for us. From structural work and redesigning the layout to the finishing interior design selections, they were top notch. Shawn and Alaire were both very easy to work with and had great ideas. They listened to what we wanted and provided us with a home we truly love. Shawn knows the remodeling/construction business from top to bottom. Shawn McCune is one of the top 10 kitchen /bath whole house design builders in the country located in Old Town Lenexa, Kansas. What makes him different is that his innovative design principles are based on his CKD (Certified Kitchen Designer) theories and standards that make your living areas totally functional vs great looking but not really useable. His understanding of flow and organization are integrated into all of his designs using both high and medium priced products and appliances. You should really call and make an appointment to visit his show room where he has 7 different kitchen displays complete with cabinets, appliances, lighting and interior design all in one location. From traditional to contemporary and a couple in-between. I strongly encourage to visit his website and see for yourself his innovation, creativity and designs that are truly one of a kind.
