I wish I could be leaving better feedback. Everything about the installation and pricing I thought was good and fair. Pat and Meleia were easy to work with and were very kind. Unfortunately, a false rail that Pat had installed feel off the cabinet door about 3 months after we started using them. I expected that this would be covered under the limited lifetime warranty. Pat informed me that it would not because "it has never happened in 13 years" and inferred that I was doing something wrong. I let him know very politely that this was under normal use. He was not receptive and the exchange was very unpleasant. I do not have confidence that Pat will stand by his work and the warranty if anything else goes wrong.

Excellent service. Very responsive and quick. The pull out shelves have made my life so much easier in the kitchen. Highly recommend this product. Truly a woman's dream- if you spend a lot of time in the kitchen. Can't imagine NOT having them now, and can't believe I went so long without them.

I hired The Pull Out Shelf Company - KC to install pull outs in my kitchen cabinets. The pull outs are nicely finished, measured quickly and installed 3 weeks later in 20 min. I was impressed with the qualiity and have suggested them to several customers. My customers are delighted with theirs, too.
