Roth Diversified Construction is a full-service custom home design and remodeling construction company that has been serving South Florida since 2009. It was founded at a time of economic recession in the United States on the belief that high quality workmanship, artistic vision and a commitment to excellence in construction can be accomplished at reasonable price. I had my bathroom and kitchen remodeled and hurricane windows and door installed on a studio apartment in Miami Beach, Fl. Mr. Roth did an excellent job with the demolition, installation and total remodel. He is very professional and pays attention to detail. I would highly recommend him and his crew.

Roth Diversified Construction came to us by recommendation. We needed an extensive job done to our house that required taking down part of a wall on the second floor, reframing that portion, reapplying the stucco on the outside, and replacing the drywall in the room affected. When done they painted the entire house. This was done within the estimate given and in the predicted time frame. Philip Roth came every day to check the progress of the job and keep us updated. Philip's brother was always on the site during work. Their employees are very courteous and cooperative which is a positive reflection of the owner.

I hired Roth Diversified Construction to do a remodel on a condo I had just purchased. My Realtor had mentioned his name to me. Being that I was up north, I was unable to monitor his work on a day to day basis. We did most of the design and review over the phone and internet. He was always prompt, professional and understanding of both my needs and my budget. I had no costly overuns as we always hear about. Upon the conclusion, it was just as I had hoped for. There were just a handful of punch list completions. Overall I was VERY VERY happy with their work....their professionlism....their pricing...and the job as completed. I would highly recommend them.

Roth Diversified Construction company is very professional from the initial estimate and project plan to every aspect of the project. The work is completed on schedule and within the initial budget- no surprises. All aspects of the work are very well done. The workers are very skilled and neat in how the work is completed. My company would hire them again and have recommended them to my clients who are interested in renovations and other projects.

Phillip Roth has been amazing in restoring a recently purchased foreclosed property from a total state of disrepair into a beautiful residence worthy of a full page spread in Home & Garden Magazine! Throughout the renovation process, Phil has repeatedly taken our vision of each room and made it a reality. His taste is impeccable and he has helped reel me in during moments when my taste nearly overwhelmed our home with too many colors or elements. I highly recommend Roth Diversified Construction. Commented: My bedroomI forget the exact name off the top of my head. The whole house was painted a SW color PASSIVE and it was 2 colors down on the same color swatch.

Commented: I love the color combinations. Are the cabinets ultracraft?No they are not. They are brand called Hathaway. I liked the way the slab door and color was from this brand over the Ultracraft. I am sure Ultracraft has a comparable Espresso colored cabinet

Commented: Love the tile. What size is it?This tile is from a company called Porcelainosa and is called Pearls White. It is a 12" x 36" tile that was installed vertically for this shower.

Commented: Where did you get that bathroom sinks/vanity?I ordered it from a company called DecoLav. If you go on their website www.decolav.com they have a lot of options and combinations for you to work with to make this make up counter look or to swap it...

Commented: Measurementsthe door opens inward on this bathroom. It was a powder room for a town house. The back wall was about 5 ft. wide and approx. 5 ft. deep.
