He's had years of experience working with insurance companies and burn jobs. We have a beautiful new home that we love. David was flexible, helped us with upgrades, and gave us many extras we are still discovering. Only a small portion of our home actually burned, but David made sure that everything that needed to be removed because of smoke and water damage was removed. Eventually the entire house, except the walls in the basement were gutted. He literally rebuilt our entire home, in 6 months. Because he oversaw everything, we didn't worry about when the roofers could come in, and what about inspections, and the drywall, plumbers anything. Our neighbors rave about the fact he sent letters to each of them apologizing for noise, parking etc. and he was willing to be flexible with their schedules as well. I would recommend David to anyone, and will gladly use him again. "
