We have been purchasing windows, doors and door hardware from Mountain View for 10 years now. Mountain View worked with the owners for several months as they went back and forth on design ideas. They were very helpful and obtained the proper products the owners finally decided upon. Then they provided materials and installed them professionally.

I rarely leave reviews but my experience with Mountain View Window & Door was above and beyond the usual customer service experience. The staff at Mountain View are true professionals who care about providing quality service. I worked with Becky H. in March 2017. She provided incredible customer service and compassion regarding the difficult situation I was faced with when my rental property had an attempted break-in. My friend who rents the home was there with her daughter when it happened and they were so scared. The door, frame, and lock had been compromised and we were hoping to get someone there that day. Mountain View contacted me multiple times that morning attempting to dispatch one of their subcontractors to help out. Within an hour (and within minutes of me actually talking with the subcontractor), Matty Valdes (recommended by Mountain View) was there to assess and complete the repairs. This April, the water heater at my home failed leaving a small flood and requiring a replacement. I decided to call Mountain View for a recommendation and of course they found an amazing contractor for me! I love how connected Mountain View is. Their recommendation for Jose with Garcia Plumbing was amazing. I can't wait to work directly with Mountain View when it comes time to replace windows or doors at my properties.

I ordered two windows for a remodel job. One of the Windows was a custom shape and size. The other one was to match pre-existing Andersen windows. My order arrived accurately and on time. The sales rep was very helpful and knowledgeable.
