By far the most horrible company ever!! I do not recommend this company!! We agree and price to move my unit about 5 feet and modification of the duct work He sent me that contract and he ask for 50% deposit. Regarding the state of Maryland home-improvement commission Any company the ere licensed in Maryland the maximum the company can collect due to signed a contract is 33% that is the law. I meet with him twice and I told him to send me the insurance certificate for lability and Worker's Compensation and the next day he call and he said to me I'm sorry but I'm can do the job. What kind of company is this??????

We searched far and wide for a trustworthy and state of the art installer of a new AC system including all ductwork in our historic row house. Michael Bonsby and his crew, in particular Eber, who led the team, more than met our hopes and expectations. From the outset, they did all the "manual" J and D calculations, advised us of the options, and worked well with our general contractor. They took care of ductwork, a new AC system, bathroom vents, and even a laundry chute. They invariably arrived before 8 o'clock and put in a full days work. They came up with sensible solutions for duct placement, and did all the work expeditiously and cheerfully. When there were a few construction related hiccups, they adopted and returned to make the necessary changes. I never had to worry that Eber was not going to show up, or that nobody at the home office would take my calls. He took full responsibility for the job getting done well. This is a seriously professional company of the kind not often seen today.

Required rerouting of ducting from basement third floor bedrooms. Duct had to be changed from 5" to 6". Also required a floor vent moved from middle of floor to under cabinet toe kick. The team called to confirm appointment, arrived on time, were in well marked uniforms and vehicle, walked through the requirements of the job and cleaned up after themselves. If you can get excited about ductwork, I couldn't be happier with the results. Would definitely use the team again!

I worked with Michael Bonsby to install a mini-split in our house. They came to the house and gave me an honest and competitive quote for the purchase and installation. They are responsive and efficient. So far my experience with them has been fantastic!
