Our fee structure varies according to the size and complexity of a project. At the initial consultation we discuss scope of services remodeling or redesigning a space, in stages or all at once for a more timely and cost efficient completion. We charge for the initial consultation but the fee is waved if we are hired for the project. A contract will be presented for two conceptual designs including floor plans, elevations and presentation drawings. We charge a flat design fee with a retainer.
