About Us

Legacy Company, Inc. was founded in 2006 by Corey M. Williams, who has over 20 years of construction experience in both the residential and commercial industry. Through those years, he has acquired expertise and experience that allows him to skillfully design and build beautiful custom homes. He has built million dollar estates as well as modest village homes of various architecture and style. Prior to his construction experience, Corey graduated from Wichita State University in Kansas with a degree in Finance. After graduation, Corey entered the United States Marine Corps as an officer and served his country for four years. He and his wife, Jill, have been married for over 20 years and have two teenage sons. Corey’s unique combination of education and real world leadership experience has helped him work well with a variety people. He possesses a talent for delivering to homeowners what they desire in a way that meets their budgetary needs. The result is a quality custom home built with integrity and a satisfied customer who now owns their dream home.

We were very fortunate to have Legacy Builders and Corey build our home. Corey was there from the beginning in the meetings with the architect and with the various material suppliers. We included in the design several features that required experience quality craftmen and they did a great job. I would not hesitate to recommend Legacy Builders to any friends considering building a home.

It's hard to imagine being any happier with our new home built for us by Corey Williams at Legacy Company. From start to finish, Corey was right there with us, making great suggestions when we couldn't decide on something and guiding us through the biggest project of our lives. His cadre of highly talented sub-contractors were as delightful to work with as he is. Our house was built on time and on budget but most importantly, Corey has become a friend for life. My wife and I highly recommend Corey and Jill Williams at Legacy Company. You will not be disappointed.

We hired Corey (Legacy Company) to do an expansive remodel to a home we purchased. It was an extremely pleasurable experience, so much so, we decided to add an incredible out building (barndominium) with guest quarters and knew he was the only one for the job. Corey helped us thru the entire process from concept to finished product. Absolute awesome job, beyond words. We would firmly recommend Legacy Company, Inc to all of our friends and anyone that we meet. Great work ethic, professional, extremely trustworthy, honest, and just a wonderful man with a wonderful family. We are proud to have met such a great friend for life in all of this process.

Commented: DimensionsThe building is 60x100. It has 2 open bays at the end which make up a 40x60 secton. The next 2 bays are a 4 car garage with living space beside, behind, and suspended above it.
