I contacted Westgard Woodworks regarding a custom fireplace surround in my home. While I did not have a final design in mind, Kip Westgard helped guide me through some different ideas. He was patient, professional and completely transparent about the cost of the project. Furthermore, Kip is incredibly trustworthy. My wife and I felt completely comfortable leaving him to work in our home installing our cabinetry while we were away at work. This was the third project for which Kip was both the cabinet maker and the overall project manager. He is an outstanding cabinet maker. For this project he made and installed the beams, fireplace mantel and bookcases. They are beautiful. He also has brought other excellent professionals to our projects - painters, electricians, plasterers. He manages all the project personnel well. His quotes are clear and he includes the bids from the others doing work so all is transparent.

Kip was easy to work with. He was timely, did beautiful work, and finished the project well within our budget. The finished mantel is exactly what we wanted. We'd definitely contract with Kip again.
