Amazing experience. Ashley was attentive throughout the design process -- from start to finish -- and we had any number of changes. In the midst of the pandemic the team showed up in masks and worked diligently to respect that we were all working from home. The started and finished on schedule. They were tidy. Their attention to detail stellar. We could not be happier with the final product and, more, our overall experience.

I will like to take a moment to thank Jaclyn Little for her professionalism and talent taking time to listen to my pantry vision and bringing it to light. I’m very happy with the results and the high quality-materials California Closets has to offer! Now I have my dream Pantry. I also will like to thank Eric Adam for outstanding job installing my pantry and for answering any concerns I had. Both staff members had made this an amazing experience. I highly recommend California Closets to anyone who wants style great products and professional staff to do any dream closet, pantry, office, laundry room and more. I will only use them.

I loved my experience with Shelley Carpenter on our his / her closets. Looking forward to work with her again on other closets and areas in our home. Amazing job by the installers as well. Job was professional and completed in a few hours. Highly recommend it leaves you feeling satisfied and money spent so well in your home. Plus this will add value to your home. It a must do project and they will work within your budget. Which is great!

5 Star Closet Experience! Excellent service, Fabulous product & design from California Closets!! Julie Bastein was magnificent with ideas, design and perfect measurements. She truly took an interest In my needs & wishes!! The Installation guys Eric & Dimitri are A-1 professionals, knowledgeable and polite to work with and have in my home for 2 Days!!!! This is a Great Team & I highly recommend California Closets!! We lived in Scottsdale Arizona and had our Closets & and Office completed by California Closets, that's why we called them here in Charlotte area of North Carolina when we moved here!!!! Just had closets installed and very unhappy with the final product. Was expecting something that made the closets look nice and added value to the house and instead got a flimsy set of shelves that look like they were picked up at Wal-Mart and installed, only for a much steeper price. Anyway, I would recommend shopping around for options, as the value proposition with California Closets is very poor.

Everyone was very friendly, professional, communicated consistently and on time and was very clear about the process. I especially LOVE the guy who came to install the closets. That was one of the nicest guys I've ever had working in my house and he should be commended for having such a positive attitude plus top notch professionalism.

It was first class all the way from the initial call when Rachel came all the way from Charlotte to measure and make her recommendations, to the install when the guys took down the old hardware, spackled and painted before installing the new shelving. It turned out beautifully and I am the envy of all my neighbors.

The whole experience totally exceeded my expectations! Whitney was fabulous to work with. Since I was across the country from her - we did a lot of email, FaceTime and phone calls to develop and finalize the designs. I initially ordered 4 closets, then a few weeks later 2 pantries - they were able to install everything in one day! The installers were professional and left everything neat & clean. I plan to use CA closets for the remaining 2 closets in our home and would recommend them highly to anyone! (Score 10 out of 10)
