The quality of lighting is disappointing. Brass seems low-quality and is easily scratched, and the lamp and chandeliers are made up of thin black plastic tubing, which looks and feels inexpensive. Shipping was delayed weeks beyond the expected arrival date, and the presentation was poor and amateurish. It didn't feel like it was coming from a business; instead, somebody threw a lamp in a box and then threw some plastic wrap on top of it. To make things worse, the owner rejected a legitimate return and was within the 30 days policy of the platform they were selling on. After a long back and forth, which involved quoting their terms of service and pushing back, they accepted the return, claiming it was damaged on arrival. Their proof of damage was a photo of the light as it had arrived at me. So essentially, the reason I was returning it was the same reason they were rejecting the return. I've spent nearly a hundred thousand on home goods, much of it from overseas sellers, and this domestic transaction was by far the worst experience I've ever had. Avoid.

Friendly and knowledgeable. Installed wall sconces for me and they look great! I hope to have an excuse to hire JCR again soon.

I ordered 5 Signature switchback desk lamps for my office and they look amazing. They are built nicely and are very functional. They are very stylish. Well priced and the customer service was great. They were delivered timely and packaged very well.

I recently purchased Jones County Road's "Signature Steel and Brass Desk Lamp" and I'm in love with it! The lamp is beautiful, the materials are solid, and the craftsmanship is impeccable. I've done quite a bit of shopping around and lighting is expensive! I couldn't believe the quality for the price.
