Jim Godbout Plumbing and Heating

Jim has done a complete HVAC replacement system at my own home. The results are wonderful. We use less energy and the performance of the system is fantastic. We also find ourselves working with his company on multiple project locations that my company is involved in. They are responsive, professional, and fair in their pricing.

Jim Godbout put the plumbing and heating system into my house. Radiant heat downstairs was done well and he and his men were very good to work with. Since then, over 10 years, have have minor issues and some changes have been made. His workmen show up on time, do the job well and all I can complain about is the bill. It is not unreasonable though.

Starting with the front office this is a wonderful company to do business with. The women scheduling appointments and working in the showroom are very pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful. They always follow up and never disappoint. The plumbing technicians who come to the home are equally pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. They provide great suggestions, excellent work and follow up. I will use them with confidence whenever I have plumbing needs. I want to single out their employee, Billy, who has done the majority of work in my home is a an excellent plumber and very pleasant to deal with. He was very creative with suggestions for the work I needed.
