Jeff raises the bar for what a good contractor looks like. We hired him for a large backyard project and gradually expanded the scope of work as we saw his work product to include a fence and hardscaped side yard. Jeff got our business because he immediately spotted our significant drainage and grading issues, told us candidly that the final design would need to depend on our drainage needs, and prioritized protecting our two large mature pines by bringing in a consulting arborist. We ultimately settled on a concrete patio with a long channel drain, with side drainage directed out the front with a sump pump. The trees are framed by a poured-in-place concrete curb with uplighting at night, and the side yard features a free-standing block retaining wall. There is nothing Jeff cannot do -- he added electrical outlets, installed a big light fixture, and custom-built breeze-block benches and gates -- and he was so meticulous with everything that it surprised even perfectionist me. It was important to us that the overall aesthetic fit the mid-century design of our home, and Jeff hit it out of the park. As importantly, he shows up on time every day, works as hard or harder than his staff, and is responsive to client questions or concerns. He has a long waiting list because he's in high demand -- we waited a year to have him do our yard -- but once he starts on your project, he devotes his full energy to it until completion. We wouldn't think of hiring anyone else for future landscaping projects and recommend him wholeheartedly.

Jeff built a deck for me in 2018 which cantilevers off the back of my home. We used steel supports and all of the work is of the highest quality. Jeff is very easy to work with and keeps you apprised at all times about what is going on and what will happen next. He has a great eye for design and is not daunted by carrying out your ideas.
