EDC - Professional Residential Building Designer

We hired Billy Schwanebeck as our Professional Residential Building Designer to remodel our 1989 ranch house. He and his team removed a load barring wall, refaced and redesigned our fireplace, installed new hard hardwood flooring, redid our kitchen and removed an entire wall of cabinetry to make an open concept, installed French doors, installed a stainless steel hood vent, put in crown molding, refaced our two bathrooms, installed a new front door, put up new shutters, and repainted the entire inside of our house. Billy Schwanebeck is very friendly, cordial and easy to talk to. His professional style brought beauty and transformation to a house we are very proud of. Although, it is still a work in progress, Billy enhanced and redesigned our tired 1989 house and turned it into a lovely inviting home to live in. This was our first experience in designing our own home plan and EDC drafting did an amazing job in making our ideas into the home plan of our dreams. Throughout the process we had many design changes that Billy completed with expedience and professionalism. Had a great experience with EDC! Incredibly knowledgable in the creating and executing of the plans drawn for our event. I was also amazed at how quickly the plans were completed as well as modifications needed to the layout (because I can never make up my mind).
