We contracted with Larsen's pools to resurface, retile, install coping and pebble tech finish for our pool as well as install travertine throughout our outdoor area. Their promptness for setting up appointments and coming out when they said they would was much appreciated! They have handled everything promptly and addressed any and all concerns we may have had during the process. John and Mr. Larsen were always attentive and met our every need. The final product is just stunning! Very professional and customer oriented.

We built our pool a year ago. So far, it’s been amazing. Pool has no issues. Staff is amazing! After a year, any questions or concerns I have, Justin (Sensitive Information Hidden) still responds and tries to help in every way he can. This shows how much larsens pool values their customers and their work! Highly recommend!!

We did our due diligence in researching a reputable pool company in the Tampa Bay area. We chose Larsen’s Pool & Spa to create our outdoor living space with no regrets. Larsen’s completed the job without delay and exceeded our expectations! Our experience at the design center with Adam was amazing. He was very professional, kind and courteous. He acknowledged our ideas, shared his thoughts and provided guidance to create an amazing design. Our design was transformed to a digital format which was helpful to visualize the project. It was a pleasure working with Adam. Our construction manager Reid was very knowledgeable, possesses excellent communication skills, well-organized and displayed professionalism. Reid was on-site and proactive during construction. He clearly communicated every step with us, by keeping us informed and always returning our calls. He truly cared about our project, and it showed in his attention to details. Reid’s hard work, continuous efforts and organization skills were the driving force to keep things moving forward with an end result of our project being completed prior to the date promised. He is an asset to Larsen’s and we are grateful for all of his hard work and efforts to get the job done! After our pool and spa were installed we had the pleasure to work with Justin. He completed our initial pool startup. Justin was very kind, considerate and patient. We appreciate the time he spent to clearly explain and demonstrate the necessary steps to maintain and care for our pool. I researched several companies Only to realize the best bet was Larsen’s Pool & Spa. Why, gut instincts. We broke ground April 2022. I was swimming by my birthday June 27, 2022. All together about 6 months but a lot was paperwork for permits and then picking & choosing from all the material and designs they had to offer! I had the Best person to oversee my project which was Reid. If I questioned anything, he knew about it already and had taken care of it. There’s More than you realize doing a project like this bug or small! What an eye opener. Communication was great, availability for questions was great, process was relatively smooth, and the Old saying… You get what you pay for!! There is not Any other Company such as Larson’s- including Eric Larson. He warranties his work~ No other Company does that! Go Look for yourself

We highly recommend Larsen's Pool and Spa to anyone. Our journey in adding a swimming pool to our home began in 2021 with carefully reading a multitude of reviews on various pool builders available to us. Once we narrowed our search we sought the BBB ratings for the two remaining companies. Larsen's Pool and Spa had a stellar rating with only one complaint in 3 years (resolved), compared to their competitor which had 27 complaints. Eric Larsen, owner of Larsen's Pool and Spa, personally introduced himself and welcomed us. From the beginning, we met with professionals of Larsen's Pool and Spa who guided us throughout the entire project. Our buildout began early November and was completed by Mid February. We actually paused the buildout for one month since we traveled overseas, otherwise we would have finished by mid January. Total actual buildout from start to finish took 9 weeks (13 weeks taking our pause into account). We wanted a pool that would blend into our landscape and lake. We therefore chose not to enclose nor surround our pool with pavers. It is set within and surrounded by St. Augustine sod. We also had Larsen's Pool and Spa replace our lanai concrete pavers with the same marble coping used for pool. The workmanship was excellent. We couldn't be happier with the final results. Our pool feels as naturally set in the yard as the lake behind our property. The equipment chosen by Larsen's Pool and Spa is working perfectly and we enjoy the option of controlling the pool light and color via smartphone. Even though we chose not to have a screened enclosure, maintenance has been minimal. We very much enjoy the open air feel when in the pool, and the final envisioned look of our yard was accomplished. We did a lot of research and interviewed a lot of companies. We chose Larsen's Pool and Spa because we wanted a modern custom pool and not a cookie-cutter design. We had special considerations due to elevation and from conception to installation the Larsen team knew exactly what to do. They were able to take our ideas and make it a reality. We met with a Larsen principle and construction leads to walk the property and I worked closely with a designer. Material selection was easy with the guidance of the project lead. My project lead, Reid called me at the end of every week to update me on the progress and to discuss the next weeks plan. Reid was very meticulous in overseeing the worker's progress. We had the usual delays expected during this pandemic, but their communication was appreciated. With so many stories of companies overextending themselves to the point that they were unable to finish pools they had started, the discovery/research part of selecting a company was scary. Their reputation speaks for itself, and they put us at ease. We can't say enough about the value for money spent. The Larsen Pool start up crew made weekly visits for one month after pool completion to check the chemicals and to make sure we understood how to maintain the pool and equipment. The pictures do not do this project justice. We are super happy with our decision, and we know you will be also!

My wife and I completed the install of a new pool in the end of 2021, a project of Larsen's Pools. We have been very pleased with the outcome. It was a major project, with a number of subcontractors overseen by the Larsen's project management. Joe was a great help with the pool design. We never imagined we could end up with something this nice in our smallish back yard. One aspect that definitely stood out for us was the professionalism of the subcontractors. They did great work. When I identified areas where corrections were needed, the project managers and subcontractors were prompt and courteous about making needed corrections. It was impressed on me that they appear to use the same teams on each project, so they all know one another pretty well. The project managers Brook and John were professional and kept good oversight of the project. The pool techs Justin and Mike have been great, prompt, helpful. The finance and office support, Cathy and Becca have always provided prompt responses to questions and helpful as well. Apart from the pool itself, I’ve learned that Larsen’s is there to help and provide any prompt follow-ups after the install. I was a bit nervous that we would be on our own with this considerable investment, but they’ve made me realize that they’re here when needed. Having a pool installed can be a nerve-wracking experience - I'm nervous about project problems by nature. But based on Larsen's solid experience, relationship with each of their subcontractors, and sincere prompt service after the sale, we have been able to rest easy, know it's being taken care of, and can say we are so happy to have chosen Larsen's for the project, and look forward to many years enjoying the pool. We loved ❤️Larsen Pool and Spa for our new pool which is amazing and exactly what we wanted! We reached out to JEFF first and he helped us throughout the entire process by customizing the pool design, sending us a video that showed exactly what we wanted in the pool and helping us every step of the way. He was a huge part in why we chose Larson pools spa in the first place. If I ever had a question or wanted to make a change, JEFF was there by phone or email to immediately assist. Once we got started with the pool built, Reid was our project manager and he did a great job of communicating and setting expectations for a pool, if they were going to be any delays he was clear upfront and we really appreciated that, he went out of his way to call or text and keep us posted on any concerns along the way. Our pool came out awesome and REID was a huge part of why because he had such a good relationship with the contractors and workers who were there each day. He wanted our pool to be exactly like we wanted and we appreciate that! When we got started with making payments for each step, Elicia was really helpful and reached out to let us know when to make the payments. Payments were done on a secure payment link on the website so I was easy to track what the next payment was and how much we had already paid. She was responsive and very friendly, when we were done paying the pool she thanked us for being easy to work with! Well, I loved working with her to because she always had the answer to questions I had about making payments. Overall, we have recommended Larsen pool and spa by to any of our friends who want a pool. we signed the contract for a pool in April, started digging in June and we’re swimming by October. For being in the middle of a pandemic, we’re really happy with that timeframe! Thank you so much!

I am so pleased and RELIEVED that we chose Larsen’s Pool & Spa as our pool builder! They have an excellent reputation for a reason. We signed our agreement with them after the pandemic started and they stuck with us, answering all our questions, explaining the steps that had to happen and maintained their timeline. There were a lot of pools being put in at that time and Larsen’s Pool & Spa did not overextend themselves like others. No surprises, open communication – and we have the most beautiful pool in our neighborhood. I would highly recommend them.

We were very pleased with the service and attention we received while working with Larsen’s. Beginning with the design process, they listened to what we wanted, took our ideas, and turned them into a beautiful design. Everyone involved kept us informed throughout the process, and worked with us to ensure the schedules were met. As with any large project, there were some minor issues, but they let us know immediately and worked with us to get them fixed. Our project manager was on-site regularly and kept us apprised of scheduling and next steps, and our pool was complete in a matter of a few months. We have nothing but good things to say about Larsen’s and their associates and have already recommended them to many of our friends and neighbors.

I'm so happy I chose to hire Larsen's pools for my new pool construction. I was hesitant to get into the process because I've heard so many horror stories with pool building projects, and I really wanted to avoid one of those situations. Eric, the owner of the company was very professional and he took the time to speak with me before I chose to work with them. He assured me that I would receive the highest quality in a timely manner, and that is exactly what I received. As soon as the permits were approved, the work was started. There was never a time when I had to wait around weeks and weeks for someone to come back and finish something or a delay in between stages of the work. They remained on their promised schedule, and even finished a little earlier than they originally told me. My project started at the end of December and was finished in the middle of March. Dan did a great job with my design and was always patient and took the time to make changes throughout the design process, the result was exactly what I wanted, the design and size of the pool is perfect. Reid did a great job of managing the project and was always a good communicator. He takes the time to listen to any questions, concerns or issues you may have and he will always do his best to make the clients as happy as possible throughout the process. Overall, the communication is great, the product is great, and I am very happy. I recommend Larsen's pools to anyone that wants a quality pool done the right way without all the aggravation!
