ordered items that were not in store and called as soon as items arrived pleasant atmosphere in this ever changing display of a store great gifts from soap dishes to incredible candles that really dont drip!!!

The staff were outstanding in assisting with decorating ideas and suggestions. The item was a special order piece of furniture and there was a question as to the color. The owner advised if the color did not show as outlined in the catalogue or we were not completely satisfied our purchase price would be completely refunded and there would be no restocking charge. This is the type of customer service which makes dealing with Dwellings such an outstanding experience. The delivery was just it was outlined, brought and placed in the location desired, as well as help with moving some of the other furniture around to ensure of a perfect fit in the location. The staff went out of their way to ensure we were happy with our purchase and they exceeded by 200%. I only have the nicest things to say about Dwellings and have been recommending them to all our friends and will not hesitate to use them time and time again.
