We used Norma for our bedroom and living room window treatments and I would HIGHLY recommend her. I called Norma after speaking with another local drapery company and not "jiving" with their recommendations. Within the first minute, I could tell Norma understood what I wanted and I felt much more comfortable with her abilities than I did with the last company. From that point on it was completely smooth sailing and I am so happy with the final product. Now we're on to some other projects to finish the house! Thank you, Norma!

Discount Draperies is, by far, the best business for custom drapes in the St. Louis area! We have worked with two other St. Louis area companies for custom drapes in our home, and Discount Draperies far exceeds the other two in price, customer service, selection, craftsmanship and installation. I wish I had found Norma O’Bryan of Discount Draperies long ago. Our most recent experience (in 2021) with a different drape company cost us twice the amount per window, took nearly three times as long to have the drapes made and installed. What’s worse, is that I’d call four times and leave a message before I’d receive a call back. Norma is amazing to work with. She is very responsive. She came to our home with countless fabric and trim samples. She counseled us on fabric, styles, colors and hardware. Our drapes were made by her local workroom within the time Norma estimated, and Norma’s installation person, Josh, did an excellent job installing them while Norma was here with him to ensure our satisfaction. We are so pleased!

Norma designed beautiful draperies and throw pillows for our master bedroom along with a cornice for our master bath. My husband and I were so pleased with her knowledge of fabric and color that we asked her to do the draperies in our great room and dining room. In addition to her design skills, Norma is a great communicator, and she stays in touch with her clients through every stage of the design, production and installation. We would recommend her to our friends without any hesitation, as Norma is a talented pro, a detailed perfectionist and a really neat lady. We are looking forward to having Norma continue working on other rooms in our home.

She was very through with excellent communication through the whole process. She was on site the day of install to make sure everything was hung perfectly and looked fabulous. Norma did an awesome job on our window treatments. Some were 20+ feet up. She had great ideas for tweaking some of my ideas and did an excellent job both in quality and installation. I will definitely use her again when the opportunity arises.
