Our recent experience with the Kaiser Homes contractor, Daniel Prior was great! His attention to detail and advice were appreciated. He is a true perfectionist, whose work is accomplished as though it were for his own home. He was very professional, neat and took great care in preparation and clean up. We were thrilled with our master bath renovation.

We've worked with Kaiser Homes on several projects now. The most recent was building a three story garage with an apartment. We can always count on Daniel to collaborate creatively and the results have always exceeded out expectations.

We have used Daniel for multiple projects ranging in size, including remodel of room and bathroom over garage, extensive exterior trim, sheds, etc. He is always a true professional and craftsman. He cares deeply about his work and it clearly shows in the outcome. Furthermore, he is honest and upfront about the true costs and time and has always come in at or below budget (we have found others that bid less, but total project comes it as much or higher - Daniel is just upfront and accurate about it).

Daniel Prior is an amazing, caring, detail oriented craftsman. He is dedicated to getting the job done right. He is not the least expensive but he is the best. I renovated my home in Stowe Vermont years ago and when I needed to do a renovation on a new property, there was no question, Daniel would be doing it. He is trustworthy and believes in quality. He is the only person I will work with

Without reservation we recommend Daniel Prior as a designer and builder. He has designed and built a spectacular addition to our home and made many improvements to our existing home. His attention to detail, quality of his work, and initiative are unsurpassed. He stands by his work and manages to come in on budget too.

He is a magnificent artisan....great finished work....I have used him on several home projects including exterior cedar siding, window replacements...three bathroom remodelings and a finished basement...All projects were handled professionally and to my complete satisfaction...total costs of projects ~$100,000..If you use his expertise...you will not be disappointed...

Thank goodness We found The Finishing Company after many bad experiences with local contractors. We have been happy ever since!!!!! Daniel is meticulous and always wants his customers to be 100% happy with the results. He is thoughtful and creative and has worked so well with us to get our home renovated to our exact specifications. Never before have we had the good fortune of working with someone like him. He asks the right questions, listens to what we have to say and has made brilliant suggestions on how to enhance our 1970s chalet. He is on time and on budget and communicates perfectly throughout the project. A++++!
