We have been working with Custom Turf for about 4yrs, the field & office personal are fantastic. Jonathan does our irrigation pleased with the service he provides. I would recommend Custom Turf to anyone. Great Job Thanks Andy

Had a problem with the mess they left with the aeration done to my yard. I still needed to take the leaves and cut the grass. Spoke to the supervisor and he could care less about my concerns. He was disinterested with my issue. Not a good way to run a business.

Hello Jeff. I am sorry to hear that you were not pleased with the aeration. We try to do whatever we can to make customers happy. I looked into your account. The office contacted you on 10/31 to schedule your aeration and you requested to hold for a few weeks due to leaves. The office then called you again on 11/19 at 3:59 pm and left you a message that we were coming on the 20th to aerate... which we did. On 11/25 you contacted our office saying that we made a mess. Our secretary asked if there was damage to the lawn and you said no. She then sent your info to Brandon - our lawn operations manager to give you a call - which he did the same day. According to Brandon, your complaint was that your boots and mower wheels got muddy while mowing several days after the aeration was performed (with a heavy rainfall in between). With core plugs all over the lawn.. that is normal and beyond our control.
I was in the office while Brandon was on the phone with you and he asked several times: "What can we do to make this right?" You replied - "nothing." Again.. we do whatever we can to keep customers happy and I am more than willing to have a conversation. - Rob

I work for a company that often call on Custom Turf to help us with large Irrigation projects. I appreciate how easy it is to get in touch with them and get a prompt answer. I find the installation crew to be courteous and professional . . . a trait that I wish was more common in the landscape industry. I would recommend them to anyone.
