Gardens by Keltie and Clark

We have just completed our second project with Keltie & Clark - the important job of smartening up our front garden and entrance steps plus an update of paving along the side of the house. The results are superb and Sam and Curstain are good at design solutions and innovative thinking to create something unique but perfect in the space available. We also thoroughly enjoyed having the team on site - they are experienced, know what they are doing and are a pleasure to have around. We are delighted with both the work at the front and the earlier complete revamp of our tired town garden at the back and would recommend Sam & Curstain without hesitation for any garden project.

The brief to Keltie and Clark was to remove all existing soft and hardscaping and completely redesign the front and rear garden. Included in this brief was to remove the existing garage and construct a new brick garage. We wanted hardscaped areas to have a classy contemporary feel, but still remaining timeless for years to come. The use of Forest of Dean sandstone has produced a smart and timeless patio and pathways. Sam Clark is very creative and has a great sense for use of shapes and spaces, which have really enhanced the overall property. Curstain Keltie has a deep knowledge of trees and plants, helping to create beautiful areas around the garden, which continue to look good across the various seasons of the year.

Keltie and Clarke maintain and manage our garden on a regularly on a rolling contract. We employed two other well known companies prior to this, but our garden has never looked as good or been as well cared for, as under the management of the gardeners and Curstain. In November they carried out a project to demolish our very long and decrepit boundary wall. Sam and Curstain together produced an inspired alternative that is both interesting, modern and stylish. They liaised with both the planning office and tree department on our behalf, to ensure that any criteria was not breached,and updated us regularly, and during the project Sam regularly oversaw the work and helped out as and when required. There were a lot of difficult constraints whilst working on the project,and to the best of their ability made it as seamless as possible. Curstain and Sam have a wealth of expertise and knowledge, whilst both hard landscapers and regular gardeners produce high quality workmanship who are friendly, polite and considerate. We cannot recommend this company too highly.

We gave them a building site. They gave us back an amazing Garden. They took our wish list, added some magic ( a water feature and lighting) producing a garden that is a wonderful delight. We began with a house, we now have a home, thanks to a talented young team of professionals
