Kyle was born and raised in the suburbs of Cincinnati and is a Kings High School Alum. He started his real estate career in 2007 at the age of 18, purchasing what would be the first of many investment properties. His diverse background includes being a top-selling home sales representative for a nationally ranked home builder, “fixing & flipping” 20+ homes, and currently ranking in the Top 5% of all Realtors in Ohio. Kyle became a Realtor in 2016 and began selling real estate with one of the nation’s largest real estate companies. In 2018, with a desire for growth and the world's best real estate technology, Kyle joined Keller Williams Realty, officially launching The Bennett Group. The Bennett Group is an entire team dedicated to offering a superior level of service, innovative marketing and a highly personalized, boutique-style experience to his clientele.
