Courtney is a professional who strives to provide what the client wants. She will review and update the plans as needed. The plans provided are very clean. In fact when providing the plans to contractors the contractors were very complimentary. The contractors stated how through and clean the plans were. I would hire Courtney again. Courtney was hired to redesign an existing cape cod dormer transforming it into a master suite. She came up with multiple configurations and being the picky person I am, she accommodated all of my requests and made an excellent design for the odd layout of the second floor. Any questions I had were answered quickly, and she was able to work around my fluctuating schedule. The plans were detailed and there will be no issues submitting them to the township for permits. Would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a skilled architect.

Project: 2nd Story Addition, Porch, Inground pool. From the very beginning Courtney has been nothing by professional, responsive, accommodating, friendly, and attentive to our needs. Courtney’s first impression was memorable-she did some work for me on a Saturday because I wanted to surprise my wife with the project. Without hesitation, Courtney arranged her schedule to accommodate my request. This was all while she was training for a marathon! Can you imagine that! Throughout the process Courtney provided her insight regarding design/layout ideas to better utilize spaces, enhance functionality and look beautiful to the eye. She provided images and redrawings of her insights so that we fully understood what she was talking about. This demonstrated her professionalism and experience in the field. After the first iteration of our design plans, we had some design changes that we wanted to see incorporated. During our meeting she took meticulous notes and listened to our comments. The second iteration of the plans were spot on to the changes we requested. After the second design plan we wanted to hone in on some particularized detail and again, Courtney was spot on with her final design plan. It’s important to note that during this whole back and forth with Courtney she NEVER made you feel that you were annoying her or being too detailed oriented. In the past I have worked with architects that make you feel like you are annoying them for requesting additional changes- NOT Courtney. It is also worth mentioning that she responded to our e-mails promptly. Lastly, Courtney has a great network of other professionals for referral. Courtney recommended me to a company that did a rendering of my project (see attached photo). The work they did was amazing. She also referred me to some engineers who handled my project. We are just about to submit our plans to the town and can update this review once everything is done. I would 100% recommend Courtney if you are in need of an architect. What more could you want from an architect? Did I mention she did all of this while training for a marathon?

Courtney was hired as our Architect to design our addition with master suite for our home. Courtney was very detailed and was always a phone call away if we need to discuss any changes or if we just had a general question about the project. It was a pleasure working with her and i always felt like we were on the same page. After Courtney was done with our plans we had issues with our pool, which required an engineer and surveyor. Courtney was hired as our architect for a home renovation project we were undertaking in NJ. Our renovation project involved rehabilitating an old home, a reconstruction/alteration of the basement, 1st floor and 2nd Floor. The project was on a tight deadline given that we were under contract with the seller. She was extremely valuable in assisting us and was very flexible with her schedule to accommodate our needs. From the very start Courtney was very responsive to our initial inquiries, extremely patient with our questions and thoroughly knowledgeable regarding old homes. We could tell that she had extensive experience in this process as we walked through the home and talked through the layout and design we wanted. My fiancé is extremely detail orientated and not easy to impress. After meeting Courtney for the first time, we were impressed with her professionalism and scope of knowledge. We had multiple design draws prepared and each one provided us with options that took into consideration our lifestyle, our design ideas and most importantly, our budget. We could not have chosen a better professional for the design of our dream home.
