I was looking initially to purchase replacement pillows. After dialogue with Betsy and a lot of her time/efforts she guided us to purchase new outdoor furniture which we absolutely love. Her personalized attention and desire to help her client make a good decision was so appreciated. One of the pieces did not come in right and she sent it back to the manufacturer since it was not perfect. Betsy has exquisite taste and she works closely with Tiffany to ensure a great customer experience. I would highly recommend buying all of your outdoor needs at Living Alfresco.

Betsy and her assistant Tiffany at living Alfresco helped me redesign and update my patio. I got a new set and had my old set refinished. Betsy came to the house to assess the area and gave me several options. I got great ideas from her show room and catalogues. Betsy was there every step of the way and was present during installations . She even delivered samples to my house. She made sure that everything was correct and to my satisfaction. Everything was delivered within the time frame that was promised. After all of that,she helped me accessorize with pots and lanterns. Who could ask for more? It was a refreshing experience to work with Living Alfresco. They made it easy!

Betsy and her team were fantastic from start to finish with our project; helping choose furniture, fabrics and giving general advice on transforming our terrace into a place where we wanted to spend all our spare time.
