We hired Beegan build in 3rd quarter 2014 to remediate a large number of problems caused by another builder on a completed mid scale refurbishment project (100.000 -200.000 range) on our end of terrace house in Artane, Dublin. Beegan build corrected all problems to our full satisfaction and we do therefore feel comfortable recommending them. This is based on the following: - Good project, time and budget management skills. All built activities and sub contractors were properly managed, showed up every day in time, finished jobs in time, left site clean. - Good communication between contractor, sub contractors and us the client. - Did not only execute requested actions but also acted as consultant suggesting alternative and better solutions - Where alternative solutions were cheaper then in initial brief that was discounted into the next payment. - Work was always of high standard, no compromises on quality - Good after care for the few little bits that needed correction after completion Summarised a reliable partner who delivered what we wanted. Beegan Build completed a renovation and extension on an old derelict stone building in Edenderry for me in 2013. The building was completed to a very high standard which included concrete floors, underfloor heating, Air to air heatpump resulting in an SEAI A3 energy rating. The project was well managed with no lost time accidents on site. The access to a very busy public road was well managed with no complaints. Tie-ins to both the sewer and the water were completed in conjunction with the Council. The site was maintained in a tidy manor with no complaints from the neighbors. The project was completed within the agreed schedule and within budget. Mr Beegan made several sugestions during the build which optimized both the build cost and living space within the structure. The project included a complete fit out of built in wardroves, fitted kitchen, tiling, painting etc and was finished to a very high standard.
