Lynn is a gem to work with. First and foremost she listens, has a spot-on eye for the big picture and the details, gets the job done EXTREMELY WELL, and in a timely manner. I have seen many of her projects in Brookline. The homes are varied, catered to the client, and are infused with wood and other natural products. She assists in finding a contractor who will not break the bank and who she knows well,and has worked with on many projects. If there was an option for 6 stars, she'd receive it from me.

In many stages over the course of more than 30 years, Lynn has been responsible for the remodeling and redesign of our three-story home as our family needs changed and children moved out. She converted a three-apartment house to two, then to a single-family house, then back to its original two apartments, redesigned the floor plan of the third floor, remodeled two kitchens, changed the floor plan of the first floor, added multiple skylights, french doors and paned transoms, and added laundry rooms and closets. At every stage she advised on design, livability, decor, and appliances whenever we requested it. Her advise was always easy-going and she never bullied us with her own preferences. Her long-term relationships with skilled and responsible contractors made for projects that were bug-free and on schedule. If we had more another house for her to work on we want her to do it.
