Wine Cellar, Acrylic and Oak - Essex
Spec:
When presented with an empty alcove, behind low level seating, Sorrells suggested it could be the ideal place to create an entrance ‘wow factor’ and store wine at the same time.
By removing the seating and fitting the alcove with hidden temperature control the focus was then placed on the wine store. Using crystal clear acrylic rods and bottle displays Sorrells designed a cabinet to enable diners a view through the restaurant.
