Custom Roman Shades with contrast banding and scalloped bottom edge on an amazing embroidered, neutral patterned fabric in the center. This is a workable shade! Hung on a decorative metal pole with rings in black to coordinate with the banding. Metal rods have been inserted in between the face fabric and the lining to maintain stability and make it rigid enough to use a cord lock system on this creatively designed shade.
