We just re-roofed this home in Fort Collins that the owner has put on the market for sale. The shingles that we installed are GAF Timberline HD shingles in the color Weathered Wood. Being that this home is in Fort Collins, we installed GAF Weather Watch water and ice shield on the eaves, which is a code requirement. This roof includes the GAF System Plus Warranty, which is transferrable for free to the new owners that purchase this home. That's a great selling point. Plus the shingles are a lifetime shingle and the warranty does not begin to prorate for 50 years. Incredible roof system!
