Complete Interior and Exterior Renovation. Reconfigured the family room, kitchen and dining area into an open floor plan. Created a kitchen peninsula with a bar top overlooking the family room to create additional and multi-purpose counter space for seating and eating area. New appliances, new wiring, new flooring, new bathroom and tile surround. Painted interior and exterior. Renovated exterior landscaping for low water design and upgraded front door step with slate.
