Trilogy 4
This was a new build in the Rio Verde Trilogy development. The home sits on a prominent corner in the subdivision which means the front yard was to be highlighted and functional while creating privacy in the back yard. The home sits 3' above steet level and therefore needed several steps but also the street was not level. Lots of challenges led us to the creation of this beautiful and grand entrance. Lighting on each step with plenty of space for planters make this entrance both stunning and effective. Plants are low maintenace, with plenty of color and texture.
We fully equiped the back yard with a fire pit and BBQ with matching Dekton porcelain counters. Colorful Bougainvillea hangs on the perimeter wall creating drama and privacy.
