The New Craftsman
This detailed design was built as part of a nine-home spec house development based on characteristic seaside New England neighborhoods and building style. This house features an open farm kitchen with eating and cooking spaces, a great room, and a detached garage with home office space. Separating the garage actually allows for better lighting for the interior and more connections to the exterior.
Winner of the Grand Award for Custom Residential in the 2002 Builder’s Choice Magazine Awards.
