When John and Tammy moved back to Virginia, they thought they'd have an easy time finding the right home. However, it took many months until they found just the one … their Stratford home. They not only loved the layout and materials of the house, but also the character of the neighborhood. Once they found out about the Friday night potluck dinners attended by their entire street, they were sold. Turns out that's just the kind of place The Stratford Companies had in mind when they bought those lots on that very street. That was the living environment they planned as they designed each home, each landscape and each site plan.
