Staged Master Bedroom
This project was a supplemental staging project for an historic home that the sellers had restored beautifully. However, they hadn't quite completed the process when it was time to sell. The bedroom before had dark red paint and the furnishings weren't in keeping with the rest of the home. So we recommended a more neutral paint palette which complemented the existing surfaces and created more flow. Then we staged it in style. The property received multiple offers in the first 7 days on market and sold for $1.5 million.
