The goal for this Sherman Oaks living/dining room was to blend the owner’s mix of furniture. In the living room, the antique sideboard and wool rug contrast nicely with modern elements like the glass coffee table and bold artwork. In the dining room, furniture inherited from the owner’s grandmother complements the Asian vase, which sits atop an antique drafting stool. The result is a space that is both warm and inviting.
