My 1918 house had an outdated, cramped bathroom with avacado fixtures. I had the contractor move one wall two feet into the bedroom, re-do the wiring and plumbing and created a Dominican inspired retreat with rainshower and no shower curtain. The small wall cabinet holds more than the old medicine cabinet. The mirror incorporates an antique Sri Lankan wood carving that I refinished. I love the way I can look through the house from the shower and see the trees through the kitchen window.
