Room Addition, Sammamish, WA

We sat down with this client and presented our SIP's option which is engineered and custom manufactured to give you control over every aspect of your project: from design and timelines, to materials and costs, and‑ultimately‑the quality of the finished project. The final design was something totally different than what they wanted to do when they called me out and in a totally different part of the home, something that they never even considered. SIP's (Structural Insulated Panels) create tight and energy efficient enclosures with minimal thermal breaks. It's not surprising to hear people say their SIPs saved them up to 50% in heating and cooling costs. Although facing north the natural light flows nicely into this room because of the "huge" 3' x 12' skylights in the roof, making it the perfect sunroom type of an addition during our long winter months of rain.
