Resin Bound Paving Roker Sunderland Tyne and Wear

Resin bound surfacing specialists Resin Flooring North East Ltd have installed seamless resin surfaces at the front and rear of a cottage in Roker Sunderland Tyne and Wear. The resin bound surfaces were installed upon concrete substrates. A rumble strip was installed at the driveway threshold at the rear of the property and stainless steel installed where necessary. The two areas were then primed with a fast curing epoxy primer and allowed to cure. Cracks in the primed concrete substrates were then filled with a fast cure acrylic mortar. The resin bound surface was then installed upon the carefully prepared concrete substrates at a depth of 20mm by trowel encapsulating the primed surfaces. The aggregate used on this project was a 2mm - 5mm Rhine Gold. Stainless steel trims were then installed to complete the operation.
