Regent Road
This project is a rear single storey extension and dormer within a terraced property in Harborne, Birmingham. The aim was to improve living space for the family, with a focus on maximising the use of natural light within the main living areas.
The extension contained a new kitchen, which opened up the existing room for a more spacious family dining area, further improved with the addition of rooflights, larger kitchen windows, and double glass doors opening into the garden.
The dormer provided an additional bedroom in the loft space, and there was general improvement of the joinery work throughout the house.
