Rear Dormer Loft Conversion
A rear dormer loft conversion in a Victorian Hall Entrance Terrace with a span of 5.8 metres in-between party walls.
The central chimney stack was removed, the steel column allowed to reduce the 5.8mm span in turn to reduce the size of the off-set steel ridge. This loft had a low height and the above technicalities improved head room height.
