Prospect House
Our goal was to have every feature of the house provide multiple benefits. The green roof, for example, serves as: a) visual amenity for the middle bedroom, b) storm-water retention, c) cooling aid, reducing solar heat gain, and finally, d) a living oasis for migratory birds and butterflies.
