Pasadena CA Condo Remodel
This compact living area remodel started with the fireplace, which was completely streamlined with tan and chocolate travertine tiles and given a Sparkfire insert with glass pebbles. Floors are mahogany planks, with custom area rugs in both dining and living areas for accent and comfort. Wood shutters control the intense afternoon sun on this side of the room.
