Open Concept Main Floor & Kitchen Oasis
Our Whitby based clients chose CCR Renovations to take on the mammoth task of renovating their entire main floor including a new kitchen, with reconfigured floor plan, by the removal of a load bearing wall.
The benefits of open floor plans are endless: an abundance of natural light, the illusion of more space, and even the convenience that comes along with entertaining.
We also updated their main floor powder room, replaced flooring and trim throughout the main and upper level as well as capping, painting and staining their staircase, along with new handrail, balusters and newel posts.
Our clients chose a neutral colour palette throughout creating a cohesive look but maintaining ‘zones’ on the main level.
Custom, wrought iron air return and vent covers, a black Blanco sink and matching faucet/soap dispenser made the spaces ‘pop’.
