Nast Master Bath
This master bathroom is a 10' x 15' addition (the old 5' x 8' bathroom was converted to a closet). Filled with daylight from both high and low windows, the room is an inspiring way to start one's day. To save space there's no tub, but the walk-in doorless shower is roomy, a feeling enhanced by the light-toned porcelain tile. I designed the cabinets, built by Keith Whitley, to be ribbon-sliced mahogany but we opted for quarter-sliced sapele veneers instead. Keith is an awesome woodworker!
