Multiple Additions
A two-story bedroom and screened porch addition and extensive renovations converted this existing contemporary home into a richly detailed, multi functional family home. The dining and living room area was designed to have a ‘library" feel; and custom mahogany built-in cabinetry and bookshelves completely surround the room. In the walk-out lower level, bedrooms and dressing rooms were added, and the existing basement was renovated to become a comfortable sitting area and game room. Modifi cations to the kitchen/laundry areas dramatically improved function, circulation, and livability.
