Morgenson Remodel
The clients of this Broadview home worked with architect Romy Bieker to develop plans to expand their living space, while keeping to the true style of this 1931 home. Logans Hammer added a 2nd story to the rear of this house adding a master bedroom and remodeling the full bath. On the main floor the additional space added a mud room, eating nook and we remodeled the kitchen and powder room at the same time.
