Limited with design options with existing U-Shape kitchen layout. Restrictive corners and lack of pantry and appliance storage.
Client wanted clean, open lines and maximum (drawer) storage for small appliances and vast bake ware.
To accommodate these needs we swapped the dinner and kitchen areas. Wasted under stairs storage was blocked up to create gallery style runs, with no corner solution necessary and an open spacious vibe. Relocation of plumbing and electrical was required in order to change the living arrangements and the flooring was completed post the kitchen for ease of installation and time management.
Complimenting tones were achieved with the contrast between doors and matching feature stone benchtops and splashback. The chrome handles co-ordinated with the brushed aluminium-look kickboards and 2 tone silver and black appliances. A simplistic, timeless palette with subtle depth and dimension.
