Modern Mediterranean Remodel
The original architectural elements of the high ceiling and arched alcoves were preserved in the formal living room. An opening created between the living room and kitchen allowed for an open flowing plan for entertaining and everyday living. Original hardwood flooring was maintained and refinished for a new look with adjacent spaces received new flooring to match the existing wood type & varying plank widths.
