Modern Kitchen in a Traditional Cottage.
In this cottage the sleek modern kitchen makes a beautiful contrast to the traditional interior. Good design makes the most effective use of the available space and the soft pastel colour palette gives the room a light airy feel.
The old kitchen and utility room were demolished to make way for their space efficient and distinctive modern counterparts.
The view through the traditional cottage doorway to the kitchen gives an inviting glimpse of what lies beyond. Ceramic white floor tiles, white ceiling with down lighters and stylish pendant light create a feeling of light and space. Clever design features like the pastel blue sliding door, slender vertical wall radiator and illuminated, mirrored shelving unit add a nice touch as well making maximum use of the space available. The white modern worktops contrast well with the décor and reflect light adding to the bright, modern feel of the kitchen.
