This house was a typical 1 BR/1 BA San Francisco home. It had a large garage and a large backyard. After exploring different options, it was decided to transform the house into a 4 BR/3 BA home for a large family. That size house is very hard to find within S.F. city limits. The large garage and the backyard made it possible to provide the parking and an outdoors area that this size family would feel comfortable with.
