Little Canada Main-Level Renovation
This 1970’s lake home had wonderful views in the back and a great curb appeal, but you could not capitalize on these views and actually see the lake from the kitchen, nor dining rooms. Ispiri needed to connect the people living in this home, and visiting this home, with the beautiful body of water in the back, so we opened up the entire main level: Kitchen/ Dining Room and Family Room, and with the addition of a Sun Room we created an open feel with views to the lake from every angle. The views are priceless. We also created an exercise room below the addition, upgraded and expanded the Master Bathroom and added a relaxing sitting room/sun room at the rear of the home.
